Data processing when registering for an event

Data controller:
Variant AS, org.nr. 918 632 557, Dronningens gate 40, 7011 Trondheim.

Variant AS processes your contact information (name, email, telephone) to administer your participation in the event.

The basis for processing is legitimate interest.

Future communication about similar events is based on your consent and can be withdrawn at any time. Data is stored in Hubspot and can be transferred to the USA with adequate security measures.

Data is deleted no later than 2 years after the event. You have the right to access, correct and delete your information, as well as the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
